Find shapes in a book
There are some book out there that are designed for kids to find shapes in them, but it is fun to find them in books that make it not so easy, like Read and Roll's Police Car book.
Practice Drawing the Shape
This is a very simple idea. I would draw the shape first and then the child would copy it. Once the child has copied it well a few times, let him try and do it without your help.
You could easily review other shapes that the child has learned by drawing them too.

Looking Around the House
There are shapes everywhere! Sometimes they are hard to spot. I took the shape of the week flashcard and we walked from room to room looking for that shape. If he pointed to something that wasn't the shape we were looking for, then I told him the correct one and reminded him what shape we were looking for.
The point was to focus on the shape of the week, not all shapes-though that could be a fun review activity.
He really enjoyed it and I plan to do it more often.
